Description
- Responsible for managing the sales and distribution branch for automotive parts and services, warranty processes, financial and business indicators (balanced scorecard), annual operations plan, marketing and sales.
- Responsible for compliance with HSE and Quality standards, compliance with import and export legislation and compliance with the legal department, for the branch facilities area, for leadership, management and people development.
- Responsible for managing customer satisfaction and developing a customer service culture in the branch.
- Responsible for service strategy, coverage, training and service capacity, understanding customer expectations, business priorities, region in which products are operating to provide consistent and capable service through parts, information, tools, qualified technicians. Identifying service capacity and proposing opportunities to improve the service network.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related areas.
- Experience in managing a sales and distribution subsidiary for automotive parts and services, warranty processes, financial and business indicators, annual operations plan, marketing and sales, relationships with customers and business partners, people management and service strategies.
- Advanced English.
