The project aims to evaluate the protective potential of CaneCPI-5 associated or not with fluoride to prevent dental enamel demineralization and to promote remineralization of artificial caries lesions in situ, considering the engineering of acquired enamel pellicle and dental biofilm.The requirements for this position include having obtained a doctoral degree less than one year ago, as evidenced by appropriate documentation. Additionally, prior experience is required in conducting in situ trials, in proteomic analysis of acquired enamel pellicle, and in transverse microradiography (TMR), as well as in cultivating in vitro microbial biofilm and PCR analysis (polymerase chain reaction). Furthermore, knowledge in bioinformatics is required and proficiency in the English language must be demonstrated, particularly in terms of scientific reading and writing.The opportunity is available to both Brazilian and foreign candidates. The selected candidate will receive a Postdoctoral Scholarship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) in the amount of R$ 9,047.40 per month, along with a Technical Reserve equivalent to 10% of the annual scholarship value, intended to cover expenses related to research activities.
